Refund policy

Etch Carry accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery. Personalized products are also eligible for return within this 30-day window.

To start a return, email jeseea16@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Approved returns should be sent to: 5780 Bozeman Dr, Plano, TX 75024, USA.

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact jeseea16@gmail.com promptly so we can review the issue.
